Kuna Impex Pvt. Ltd.

Established in 1990, Kuna Impex Pvt. Ltd. began as a proprietary firm and was incorporated as a Private Limited Company in 1998. The company initially focused on defense-related products, successfully developing solutions for the Indian Army such as Splinter-Proof Shelters, Hostalene Sandbags, and Mine Tapes—many of which are still in use today.

In 1994, Kuna Impex diversified into Industrial Automation. Over the years, it has evolved into a comprehensive Sales and Service Centre for globally renowned manufacturers from China, Spain, and Singapore, operating under exclusive sales and service agreements within India. With a robust network of over 35 dealers nationwide and a team of technically proficient engineers, the company ensures efficient, end-to-end support for both sales and service operations.

Since 2006, Kuna Impex has also made significant strides in the Renewable Energy sector, focusing on R&D for innovative solutions such as Vertical Axis Wind Turbines (VAWT) capable of generating power at low wind speeds—ideal for flat terrains in India. The company has also developed hybrid energy systems combining wind and solar PV, alongside offerings such as Solar Rooftop Systems and Solar Water Pumps.

Thanks to a commitment to quality, innovation, and customer service, Kuna Impex competes effectively with global leaders such as Siemens, ABB, L&T, and Schneider Electric. Over the past decade, the company has consistently achieved annual growth of 20–25%. It has also been recognized with numerous awards from its multinational partners, including the Outstanding Progress Award from ESTUN and the Distribution Excellence Award from CHINT.

Leadership Team:

Mr. Ved Naithani – Managing Director

With over three decades of experience in business leadership, Mr. Naithani is the strategic backbone of Kuna Impex. He has been instrumental in the development of indigenous defense solutions, renewable energy products, and import substitution technologies. In 1994, he pioneered the company’s foray into Industrial Automation by introducing AC Drives to the Indian market and building a robust pan-India presence. Under his vision, Kuna Impex has grown into a nationally recognized automation company.

Mr. Palak Shah – Director, Technical Operations

A graduate in Industrial Electronics Engineering, Mr. Shah began his career with Reliance Industries before moving to the Drive and Automation Division at Siemens India. He joined Kuna Impex in 2003–2004 and now leads the company’s technical division. His responsibilities include product evaluation, technology integration, and maintaining zero-defect quality standards across all offerings.
